VOUCHER VALUE

We offer gift vouchers in nominal value of CZK 500 (including VAT), and you will receive a stylish envelope free of charge. The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can use them in over 80 shops and restaurants in the Palác Pardubice shopping centre.

HOW TO BUY VOUCHERS

• Vouchers in values up to CZK 10,000

You can buy gift vouchers up to this value at the Information stall of our centre (main entrance, daily from 10 am to 8 pm inclusive). You can pay for the vouchers in cash or by card.

• Vouchers in values starting at CZK 10,000

Gift vouchers starting at CZK 10,000 can only be ordered via the order form sent to info@palacpardubice.cz. We will send you an invoice when we receive your order, and you can pick up the gift vouchers after we receive your payment. We will inform you of the collection date in an email.

TERMS FOR USING GIFT VOUCHERS

The full value of the voucher must be spent in one shop or restaurant in Palác Pardubice. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, you cannot request a bank transfer in their value, not even after the vouchers expire, and vouchers cannot be offset against outstanding receivables. If you fail to spend the entire nominal value of a voucher, you cannot ask for the change in cash. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers (unless the store or restaurant where you are applying vouchers has specified otherwise). It is prohibited to sell promotional vouchers to other people. Counterfeiting gift vouchers is a criminal offence under applicable Czech law.
